Google answers most of these searches with three names, a map, and a button that says Directions or Call. That map pack is decided by relevance, distance, and prominence: how well your Google Business Profile matches the query, how close you are to the person searching, and how much Google trusts you based on reviews, citations, and your website.
The venues that win here are rarely the biggest. They are the ones whose profile is complete and current, whose menu or room pages answer the question that was asked, and whose reviews are recent and answered.
Most of your guests search in English. Many of your locals search in Greek. Both queries land on the same map, and hospitality and local SEO is the work of making sure your name is on it in both languages, in Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, or Paphos, wherever your guests are standing.
